Growing in the Grace of Homeschooling

A 132-Page Book of Some of our Best Articles on Homeschooling

Homeschooling is a gentle teacher in that it qualifies us for the task as we go. We don’t have to know it all when we first begin. In fact, everything we think we know gets turned on its head. We learn and relearn lessons along the way, often not from our success but from our failures.

This is when we experience the inexplicable grace of homeschooling. Time and again, we learn the real lesson that homeschooling has to offer each of us. We come to see that homeschooling is an organic process, an extension of parenting—a relationship above all else.

Charlotte Mason once exhorted that “the child breathes the atmosphere emanating from his parents.” If we are the atmosphere our child is breathing in, may it be a grace-filled one. A hopeful one. A happy one.

Homeschooling is a sanctifying experience that strengthens our resilience. It is a humbling journey that expands our capacity. And it is a graceful teacher that allows us to learn over time.

May we continue to grow in the grace of homeschooling and, in so doing, become the same gentle teacher to our children. And may we remember that the journey of homeschooling is meant to be an organic process, an extension of parenting—a living and breathing relationship.

It is meant to be lived and experienced wholeheartedly.

We're thrilled to announce the release of our newest print collection called Growing in the Grace of Homeschooling. This 132-page, perfect-bound book featuring some of our best articles about homeschooling.
