Mother & Daughter Retreat - SOLD OUT
Announcing our very first Mother & Daughter Retreat (ages 7+) at the Wild + Free Farm Village in Head Waters, Virginia on May 5-7, 2023.
It's a weekend getaway just for girls in the main lodge with handcrafts and games, fun outdoor activities, and sweet slumber party vibes.
We'll soak-up the beautiful surroundings of the Allegheny mountains, go for hikes on the Farm Village trails, enjoy nourishing meals together, and make memories together with newfound friends.
Retreat Details
The cost of the Mother & Daughter Retreat is $299 per mama, and $249 per daughter, which includes your lodging, activities, and meals from Friday night to Sunday morning. Five meals are included with your stay.

Due to the nature of the activities, the minimum age for daughters is 7 and up. (We have other events at the Farm Village for all ages.)
Cancellation Policy: Registrations are transferable to other girls but non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event. Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions, even with last-minute emergencies.
Accommodations
Lodging at the Wild + Free Farm Village is "summer camp style" with bunk beds and shared baths. We have several bunk rooms of varying sizes, and they're the perfect arrangement for a weekend slumber party!
We've gone out of our way to make your stay comfortable with cozy organic bedding, Tuft & Needle mattresses, and special touches like OddBird bath towels and organic soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers.
If you're coming with a Wild + Free Group or friends, let us know in the comments when you sign-up and we'll arrange for you to room together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are meals included?
Yes, we'll provide five meals starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning. We can accommodate the following dietary restrictions: gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian.
What ages are permitted?
Due to the nature of the activities and group sessions, the minimum age for daughters is 7 and up. Because of the close sleeping arrangements, we are not able to accommodate nursing infants or children under the age of 7.
What Are the Closest Airports?
The closest airports to the Farm Village are: Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport - (1 hour), Charlottesville, VA - (1.37 hours), Lynchburg, VA - (2.12 hours), and Washington (DC) Dulles Airport - (2.52 hours).
Do You Offer Cancellations and Refunds?
Registrations are transferable to other mothers and daughters but are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other event. We are not able to make exceptions, even with last-minute emergencies.
What about inclement weather?
This event will be held rain or shine. We'll make the most of it, either way! We encourage you to check the weather and pack accordingly.
